Welcome to our website
We offer two 2 person holiday apartments in a stunning location overlooking the sea and harbour and a one bedroomed historic 17th Century cottage in Polperro South East Cornwall.
The Spyglass and The Lookout are comfortable self-contained apartments within Kit Hill House, which was built by a sea captain and enjoys perhaps the finest position in Polperro, perched high above the village with stunning panoramic views of the sea and harbour and a very peaceful setting.
The Cottage is located next to Kit Hill House drive and fronting Talland Hill making it slightly closer to the village. It has a view of the sea and is full of character, with wood burning stove and a cosy feel.
All properties have immediate access to the picturesque and historic village with its many pubs, restaurants and shops without having to resort to a car.
You are within easy reach on foot of one of the most spectacular stretches of the South West Coast path which takes you east to Talland Bay and Looe or west towards the pretty smuggling cove of Lansallos and the beautiful Lantic Bay.
