The Spyglass is an
attractive self-contained apartment for two on the first floor of Kit Hill House
and is approached via two sets of steps to its own separate entrance at the rear
of the house. It also has its own private area of
garden with table and chairs provided.
You enter the spacious kitchen/dining room which is attractively furnished and
has lovely westerly views over the garden, the village and the hill beyond. It
has a range of natural wood units, a microwave, oven with ceramic hob and a
large fridge/freezer.
The sitting room has a sofa and
TV with DVD player. This room has stunning views out to sea and over the harbour
and also looks west over the garden and the hill behind Polperro.
Attractive bedroom
with kingsize bed and spacious ensuite shower room.
Electricity, hot water, heating, linen and towels
are provided within the tariff for the apartment. Laundry facilities are
available by arrangement with the owner of Kit Hill House.
We regret that we cannot take
pets and must ask our guests to refrain from smoking in the apartment for the
sake of other guests.
